microporous thermal insulation materials are adopted in jacket lining of steel ladle, the following effects can be achieved:
1. Reduce heat loss of steel ladle, further protect hot metal against crusting.
2. Greatly raise the temperature of inner wall of steel ladle, reduce on-line baking time of steel ladle and save energy.
3. Prolong the argon blowing time and staying time, which is benefit to make inner organization, composition and temperature of molten steel even, to float the impurity and gas, to improve the quality of steel. It can also improve the inner lining structure in ladle and reduce the thickness of heat preservation layer, significantly increase the net containing volume of steel ladle, effectively prevent from slag and steel overflowing.
4. Sharply reduce the temperature of outer wall of steel ladle, protect the jacketing from transformation, improve the strength and creep resistance of jacketing and operating environment of workers.
